Fixed the PokemonSelector visual issue where filtered pokemon appear super spaced out; now they appear naturally. Additional changes are just removing minor things.

Made form slightly better by activating it onchange rather than by onclick. Much more responsive, not absolutely certain it works. But! did put back in a pseudo delete button. It works, but not perfect.

Pokemon Entity has changed and reflected in DB. Included additional functionality to edit Pokemon entities to assist with the DB change. Changed how Pokemon Shiny Images/Pokemon Specialty presented in cases where those values are null (Cresselia).
